Pet friendly Lodges.Terms & Conditions
We need to know the breed before we consider any pet for a pet friendly lodge.Charge £15 per pet .
Please be aware that we do not allow your pets to be left in the lodge unattended at any time or in any circumstances .If we found your pet alone we would terminate your holiday immediately , you would be responsible for the remainder of the let for also any damage to the lodge or furniture.
PETS
Please be sure to book a pet friendly lodge as a lodge stating no pets allowed will not accept pets under any circumstances and your booking will be terminated with no refund allowable on arrival.
BOOKINGS
Three night minimum charge per booking
Please bring your own Pet Bed and do not allow your pets on and bedding or furniture.
Please clean up after your dog or we will loose the facility of being able to have our dog on holiday.
Please keep your Dog on a Leed and under no circumstances leave your dog or pet in the lodge on its own this could leed to you being asked to leave immeadiatly 
We are sorry to be so strict but disrespectful owners have brought this about

RENTAL RATES BOOKINGS we have not liable for any erors on emmisions on any page and bookings are provisional until confirmed formally by Maureen by email or post
Deposits are non refundable £50 for breaks up to £250
£100 for breaks over £251
The |Balance is required 4 weeks before arrival.
Refunds less deposits are only available if we manage to rebook your dates from 4 weeks prior to arrivl. We reserve the right to rebook any period not paid for in full from the 4week period.Holidays booked within the 4 week period are payable in full when booking.
Conformation deposit letter are sent or emailed on reciept of deposit giving the final payment date. NO REMINDERS WILL BE SENT.
N.B. Please note that payments made are not refundable and we recommend that you take out holiday insurance to reimburse you for any unforseen event which could give you cause to cancel or curtail your booking including loss of the Leisure Village amenieties of which we have no control .
Young all Male or Femail groups are not normally accepted during main family holiday periods,and at other times only at the discretion of the holiday property owner or management company.
Payment can be by Cheque Debit or Credit Card.
Credit cards incurr a credit charge of 2%of the total submitted.
Overcrowding this is a serious issue as overcrowding negates our holiday letting insurance therefore you must not under any circumstances’ overcrowd the lodge.
Three bed lodge sleeps 6 only. Two bed lodge sleeps 4only. A baby in cot is the only exception.
Any lodge found to be overcrowded the whole booked party and squatters will be asked to leave immediately day or night and no refunds will be offered.
Arrival & DEPARTURE: We operate a meet and greet service therefore times are by arrangement with the lodge owner and this is the only way to obtain your key and access your chosen lodge.
Arrival normally between 1pm and 7pm GMT.
Departure normally 10am
Other arrival departure times may be arranged but could incur a call out of hours charge of £20.00. payable in advance
Any Any breach of the above terms and conditions would mean access to the lodge being witheld or being asked to leave the lodge & park. In these circumstances no refund would be payable
