Lakeland lodges are a booking service only for you the client and individual lodge or B & B property owners .
We inspect each property before taking pictures and adding to our web site to ensure the exceptional standard we wish to achieve,however the owners can make improvements or alterations to their property without our knowlage,we therefore cannot under any circumstances be responsible for any changes to the accomidation.
RENTAL RATES we have not liable for any erors on emmisions on any page and reserve the right to alter prices without notice. Bookings are provisional until confirmed by Maureen by email or post.
PETS
It is your responsibility to book a pet friendly lodge as a lodge stating no pets allowed will not accept pets under any circumstances and your booking will be terminated with no refund allowable on arrival.
Please bring your own Pet Bed and do not allow your pets on and bedding or furniture.
Please clean up after your dog or we will loose the facility of being able to have our dog on holiday.
Please keep your Dog on a Leed and under no circumstances leave your dog or pet in the lodge on its own this will leed to you being asked to leave immeadiatly
